Crispy chat with spicy and chutney

Ingredients
- 2 cup Potatoes mashed
- 1 cup Oat
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 teaspoon Coriander powder roasted
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Mango powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- Hung curd as required
- Sweet tamarind Chutney as required

Instructions
- Make a Doug with mashed potatoes and oat add salt black pepper Garam masala
- Brush with oil both sides papri and bake in a preheated oven 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes
- Take out and garnish with fresh hung curd and sweet chutney and sprinkle with roasted coriander powder black pepper
