Crispy chut with spicy and chutney

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Mashed potatoes two cup
  • Oat one cup
  • Black pepper one tsp
  • Roasted coriander powder two tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mango powder one tsp
  • Garamond masala one tsp
  • Hung curd and sweet tamarind Chutney
How to cook?
  1. Make a Doug with mashed potatoes and oat add salt black pepper Garam masala
  2. Brush with oil both sides pappri and bake in a preheated oven 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes
  3. Take out and garnish with fresh hung curd and sweet chutney and sprinkle with roasted coriander powder black pepper
