Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Potatoes mashed
  • 1 cup Oat
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander powder roasted
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Mango powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • Hung curd as required
  • Sweet tamarind Chutney as required

Instructions
 

  • Make a Doug with mashed potatoes and oat add salt black pepper Garam masala
  • Brush with oil both sides papri and bake in a preheated oven 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes
  • Take out and garnish with fresh hung curd and sweet chutney and sprinkle with roasted coriander powder black pepper
