Ingredients
- OAT two cup
- Boiled mashed potatoes two
- Finely chopped carrot one cup
- Onion ginger garlic paste half cup
- Green chilli coriander chopped
- Garamond masala one tsp salt to taste
- Neutrals dust

Instructions
- Add two tsp oil in a heated frying pan. Add chopped carrot, onion ginger garlic paste and stir. Add half cup neutrela granules. Add salt garam masala chopped green chilli and coriander.
- Now make a Doug with boiled mashed potatoes add salt.
- Make a ball and fill with fried veggies and shaped like a chop and cover with neutrals dust. Dipped fried.
- Ready to serve with tomato sauce and green chutney
