OAT two cup
Boiled mashed potatoes two
Finely chopped carrot one cup
Onion ginger garlic paste half cup
Green chilli coriander chopped
Garamond masala one tsp salt to taste
Add two tsp oil in a heated frying pan. Add chopped carrot, onion ginger garlic paste and stir. Add half cup neutrela granules. Add salt garam masala chopped green chilli and coriander.
Now make a Doug with boiled mashed potatoes add salt.
Make a ball and fill with fried veggies and shaped like a chop and cover with neutrals dust. Dipped fried.
Ready to serve with tomato sauce and green chutney
