Broken Wheat ( Daliya / Fada) , Boiled - 1 cup
Wheat Flour - 1 /2 cup
Bajare ka Aata - 1/ 4 cup
Fresh Methi Leaves - 1/2 cup
Curd - 3 Tablespoons
Green Chilli Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Ginger Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon
Lemon Juice - 2 Tablespoons
Sugar - 1 Tablespoon
Soda - 1 /2 Teaspoon
Ingredients For Tempering :
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Mustard Seeds - 1 Teaspoons
Sesame Seeds - 2 Teaspoons
Hing - 1 /2 Teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 4 to 5
