About this Recipe

This recipe is for all those chocolate loving kids, adults and grand parents out there. It has a mix of tradition and the modern favourite : Nutella P.S - this recipe is absolutely super easy to make and requires very few ingredients. If you have the patience, wait for it to set in desired shape/size or simple gobble it while hot - its spoon licking good..

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 250 gms - Mava/Khoya
  • 3 tbsp - Nutella
  • 1/2 tsp Elaichi powder
  • 1 tsp - Hershey's Cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee for cooking
  • Sugar to taste
  • Confetti for garnish
How to cook?
  1. In a non stick pan, melt the ghee on low flame.
  2. Crumble the khova/maava and cook till it turns into a smooth consistency by stirring constantly
  3. Add the Nutella and stir well, along with cocoa powder
  4. Check for sugar levels and add extra sugar basis desired taste
  5. Once the entire mixture is well combined and the ghee starts to separate, turn off the flame
  6. Nutella Kalakand
  7. Transfer the mixture into moulds/pour it into a greased dish. Let it cool
  8. Let it set for 1-2hr
  9. Sprinkle confetti.
