Grated Paneer or cottage cheese mixed with some spices and served with green chutney. 

Ingredients for No Grilled Paneer Bolls

  • Paneer, grated – 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder – ¼ Teaspoon
  • Chaat masala – ¼ Teaspoon
  • Powdered Sugar – ¼ Teaspoon

How to cook No Grilled Paneer Bolls

  1. Take one plate, mix paneer, salt, pepper powder, chaat masala, powdered sugar very well.
  2. Divide into 5 to 6 portions and shape them like small bolls.
  3. Sprinkle red chilly powder and Serve with Green chutney.
