Kebab is famous of Lucknow

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 500 gms mutton minced
  • 150 gms channa dal.
  • 5 tsp fried onion paste
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste stir
  • 1 tsp garam masalaJabitri
  • 1 tsp reded chilli powderl
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4-5 black cardamom
  • 7-8 green cardamom
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 2 star anise
  • 10-12 cashew nut
  • 15-20 raisin
  • 1 tsp shahi cumin
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
How to cook?
  1. Boiled mutton minced and Channa dal then make the paste.
  2. Make a paste of all above mentioned spice.
  3. Heat oil add masala stir and add kima and Bengal gram paste. Stir till dry, let the Doug cool. Now give shape of kebab. Add oil and shallow fry.
  4. Both sides should be Brown. Now hot kebab serve with Shermaal and Chutney.
