Ingredients
- 500 gms mutton minced
- 150 gms channa dal.
- 5 teaspoon fried onion paste
- 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste stir
- 1 teaspoon garam masalaJabitri
- 1 teaspoon reded chilli powderl
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4-5 black cardamom
- 7-8 green cardamom
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 star anise
- 10-12 cashew nut
- 15-20 raisin
- 1 teaspoon shahi cumin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Oil as required
- Salt

Instructions
- Boiled mutton minced and Channa dal then make the paste.
- Make a paste of all above mentioned spice.
- Heat oil add masala stir and add kima and Bengal gram paste. Stir till dry, let the Doug cool. Now give shape of kebab. Add oil and shallow fry.
- Both sides should be Brown. Now hot kebab serve with Shermaal and Chutney.
