Ingredients
  

  • Tender Coconut paani waala nariyal 1 (grated without its black skin)
  • Milk 1 Ltr
  • Sugar ¾ Cup or to taste
  • Green Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
  • Dry Fruits ¼ Cup Almonds, Pistachios, Cashews - Chopped and Raisins
  • Saffron Strands - Few Optional, I have not added

Instructions
 

  • Crush and soak the saffron strands in 1 tsp warm milk.
  • In a thick bottom pan boil milk. Keep the flame medium and stir it continuously to avoid sticking at the base until milk gets reduced to its half ie. around 500-600 ml.
  • Now add grated coconut to milk and stir it firmly until it again started boiling. Cook on low-medium heat for about 15-20 mins.
  • Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron and dry fruits. Stir it well and cook it for 5-7 mins.
  • Garnish it with chopped dry fruits.
