Ingredients for Nari Shaak With Moong Bari

  • Chopped nari shaah 250 gms
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilli 2 tsp
  • Fried moong bari 100 gms
  • Turmeric powder and salt as required
  • Whole red chilli, panch phoran 1 tsp

How to cook Nari Shaak With Moong Bari

  1. Add two tbs oil in a heated pan. Add whole red chilli,chopped garlic, panch phoran
  2. Now add shark, turmeric and salt. Stir fry close the lid for a few seconds.
  3. Let the water dehydrated add fried bari. Now ready to serve with steam rice.
