    Ingredients
      

    • 1 tbsp dry yeast
    • 2 bowls All purpose flour
    • Water
    • For Pizza sauce
    • 6 large tomatoes
    • 1 tbsp Olive oil
    • 1 tsp finely
    • 2 bowls All purpose flour
    • Water
    • For Pizza Sauce
    • 6 large tomatoes
    • 1 tbsp Olive oil
    • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
    • 1/2 tsp oregano
    • 1 tsp dry red chilli flakes
    • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
    • 1 tsp chilli powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1/2 tsp sugar

    Instructions
     

    • In a bowl take 1/4 the bowl lukewarm water and add 1 tbsp Yeast in it.Mix it well. Keep it aside for 5 minutes till the bubbles forms on top.
    • Take 2 bowls of all purpose flour. Mix Yeast in it. Add one tbsp Powdered sugar and salt to taste. Add little water to knead the dough. Knead dough and cover it with damp cloth for 2 hours.
    • It will double in size.After 2 hours knock it down again to normal size.Now keep it for 30 minutes and it's ready to use.
    • Pizza sauce recipe: Mix criss cross slits on the Base of the tomatoes and place them in the boiling water for 2- 3 minutes or till the skin begins to peel.
    • Drain the tomatoes cool slightly, peel and roughly chop them and blend in a mixer jar to a smooth pulp.Keep aside.
    • Heat oil in a broad pan .add garlic and saute on a medium flame for few seconds. Add onions and saute on a medium flame for 1or 2 minutes.
    • Add the tomato pulp, oregano, chilli flakes, tomato ketchup, chilli powder and salt. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
    • Add sugar , mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
    • Punch the dough and take out over a floured surface. Knead for a few minutes and divide. Spread over the baking pan and cover with a kitchen towel and rise it for a few minutes.
    • Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
    • Spread sauce over the prepared dough Base with cheese and desired toppings. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is browned. Slice the pizza and serve.
