Ingredients
- 2 cup Basmati Rice
- 2 cup Water
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 2 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Cardamom
- 1 Cinnamon
- 2 cloves 2
- 1/2 cup Curd and
- 2 Green Chillies
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cashews powder
- 1/2 cup Mutton
- 1/2 leaves Coriander
- 1/2 leaves Mint
- 5 tsp Desi Ghee
- 3 tsp Lemon

Instructions
- In pan heat ghee and oil.add cloves, cinnamon,cardamom.add Onion.saute it till golden brown.after add Ginger garlic paste.cool for 5 min.add tomato,salt,chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder mix it well add curd.stir it well
- After add coriander leaves and mint leaves.cook for 5 min.after add mutton pieces.(before cook the mutton for 4-5 whistles )mix it well.then add coconut milk and water.allow it to boil.
- After 10 min add soaked basmati rice.gently mix it add lemon drops.cook well its half cooked.after put it the mutton biryani in dum .cook in low flame.cook till it's well cooked
- Spicy and awesome mutton biryani is ready.
