Mushroom With Chilli Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg boiled mashed potatoes
- 200 gm finely chopped mushroom
- 100 gm finely chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 2 tsp finely chopped ginger
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- 4 tsp chilli tomato sauce
- 1 cup puffed rice powder
- Oil as required
- Salt
Instructions
- Mash boiled potatoes with little salt and coat with puffed rice powder.Then shallow fry.
- Now in another pan add 2 tsp oil. Then chopped onion,, chopped garlic, chopped ginger sauteed . Then add chopped mushroom, chopped capsicum, salt, crushed black pepper and lemon jui. Stir fry until moist come out. Then spread little mashed potatoes.
- Now take a serving plate. Base will be fried potato top with fried mushroom and pour chilli tomato sauce.
