  • Cut the mashrooms and keep in water heat the oil add Asafoetida and green chilli, saute it.
  • Add onion and roast till golden, add mushrooms, black paper powder and salt, cook with lid with 1 tbsp water.
  • Now add mango powder and cook again for 2 minute,off the heat, garnish with coriander.
  • Serve with roti, paratha.
