Ingredients
- 2 packs Button mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Onion 1 tbsp sliced
- 1 tbsp Dry mango powder
- 1 tsp Asafoetida powder
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies chopped
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander chopped, for garnishing
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Cut the mashrooms and keep in water heat the oil add Asafoetida and green chilli, saute it.
- Add onion and roast till golden, add mushrooms, black paper powder and salt, cook with lid with 1 tbsp water.
- Now add mango powder and cook again for 2 minute,off the heat, garnish with coriander.
- Serve with roti, paratha.
