  • .button mushrooms 2 pkt
  • sliced onion 1 tbsp
  • dry mango powder 1 tbsp
  • Asafoetida powder 1 tsp
  • chopped green chilli 1 tbsp
  • .black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • .oil 1 tbsp
  • chopped green coriander for garnishing
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • .cut the mashrooms and keep in water heat the oil add Asafoetida and green chilli saute it,add onion and roast golden . add mushrooms,black paper powder and salt ,cook with lid with 1 tbsp water .
  • now add mango powder and cook again for 2 minute,off the heat ,garnish with coriander .serve with roti,paratha ..
