Mushroom Pakoda is an easy recipe with a twist of taste by adding sambhar powder, pepper powder, garlic powder, turmeric powder, gram flour and salt to taste. Mushroom Pakoda is made with little twist of dry roasting in microwave. It's a must try recipe by all.

Ingredients
- 6 Mushrooms or butter butter numbers
- 50 gm Flour
- 1 teaspoon Sambhar Powder
- 1 pinch Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 pinch Turmeric Powder
- Oil for frying
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- to Batter or water water for sprinking make the
- 2 pinch Asafoetida

Instructions
- Clean mushrooms well and dry on a kitchen towel. Cut mushrooms into thin slices. Add pepper powder and half of sambhar powder,garlic powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Rub the masalas on to the mushroom and let it rest for a while.
- Place mushroom on a grilling tray and grill for a minute or two. It helps the moisture present in mushrooms get evaporated.
- Add gram flour, leftover sambhar powder, asafoetida and salt to taste. Add little water to make the pakoda batter. Dip each slice of mushroom to the batter and fry on a medium flame. Fry till it's crisp and golden brown.
- Garnish it with fried curry leaves. Restaurant style Mushroom Pakoda is ready to be served.
