Those who are fond of mushroom they can try this recipe. It grows naturally in the forest but all mushrooms are not eatable. There are also some poisonous mushroom. Now we can get mushroom from market place those are safe. It is good for digestive system and maintain skin healthy. It has powerful antioxidant which called selenium prevent damage cell and tissue.

Ingredients
- 4 medium sizes mushroom
- 2 cup mashed potato
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tsp chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp soya chunk
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour
- 1 pinch hing
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Wash the mushroom with boiling water. Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil, chopped onion, fry for a minute.
- Add chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, soya chunk, mashed potato and salt. Cook for 2 minutes. Fill in the mushroom and keep aside.
- Make a batter with chickpea flour, rice flour, salt, chilli powder, garam masala, hing and little water.
- Dip the prepared mushroom into the batter and deep fry. Serve the mushroom pakoda with any sauce.
