Ingredients
- Mushroom 100gm
- For the batter - 5 tblsp maida
- Cornflour 3 tblsp
- Red chilli powder n salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tblsp
- For sauce- onion 1
- Capsicum 1
- Ginger garlic 1 tblsp each
- Tomato sauce 3 tblsp soy sauce 2tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- White pepper powder to taste
- Salt to taste​
- Ajinomoto optinol a pinch
- Spring onions n coriander leaves to garnish
- Red chilli 2
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Wash mushroom 2-3 times. Now soak it in hot water for 5 min. Don't chop it.
- To prepare the batter. mix maida, cornflour,salt, red chilli powder. Now add water n mix without any lumps. Batter must be of dosa batter consistency
- Now dip mushroom in batter n fry it in oil. Don't over crowd or else it will stick together. Fry it in moderate heat until it is crispy. Drain it in tissue paper
- Now for the sauce. Heat 2tsp oil add ginger n garlic n red chilli saute well. Now add onion fry well. Add capsicum fry 1 min. Now add soya sauce. Add salt n sugar. Mix well. Now add tomato sauce n 5tblsp water.
- Let it boil. Now add white pepper. Stir well n add fried mushrooms. Mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves n spring onions. Enjoy the tangy Sweety spicy Manchurian
Notes
- Wash mushroom well in hot water to remove impurities
- If you want gravy consistency just add 2 TSP cornflour in little water n mix it when water boils. You will get semi gravy consistency
- For best taste eat it hot
