A Chinese style adapted easy mushroom fried rice. Make this for the lunch or dinner and is a complete one pot wholesome meal with minimalistic spices.

Yield / Serves
Button mushrooms (chopped) - 1 cup
Carrots ( chopped) - 1/4 th cup
Beans (chopped) - 1/4 th cup
Bell peppers (chopped) - 1/4 th cup
Green chillies (chopped) - 3 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) - 3 tbsp
Ginger (chopped) - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 2 tsp
Ajinamoto - 1/4 th tsp (optional)
Cooked rice - 1.5 cups
Heat a wok with some oil. Add the chopped garlic, ginger and chillies.
Once they start smelling, add the chopped vegetables except the mushrooms.
Add required amount of salt and cook till the vegetables are almost done. Finally add the mushrooms and Ajinamoto.
Cook till the mushrooms are done and almost dry. Then add the cooked rice and stir.
Add the pepper powder and give it a mix. Check for salt and serve.
