  • Button Mushrooms chopped - 1 cup
  • 1 / Carrot chopped - th cup
  • 1 / Beans chopped - th cup
  • 1 / Bell Peppers chopped - th cup
  • Green Chillies chopped - 3 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped - 3 tbsp
  • Ginger chopped - 1 tbsp
  • 2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ajinamoto - 1/4 Th Tsp optional ajinamoto th
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Refined Oil


  • Heat a wok with some oil. Add the chopped garlic, ginger and chillies.
  • Once they start smelling, add the chopped vegetables except the mushrooms.
  • Add required amount of salt and cook till the vegetables are almost done. Finally add the mushrooms and Ajinamoto.
  • Cook till the mushrooms are done and almost dry. Then add the cooked rice and stir.
  • Add the pepper powder and give it a mix. Check for salt and serve.
