Mushroom Fried Rice

A Chinese style adapted easy mushroom fried rice. Make this for the lunch or dinner and is a complete one pot wholesome meal with minimalistic spices.

Ingredients
- Button mushrooms chopped - 1 cup
- Carrots chopped - 1/4 th cup
- Beans chopped - 1/4 th cup
- Bell peppers chopped - 1/4 th cup
- Green chillies chopped - 3 tbsp
- Garlic chopped - 3 tbsp
- Ginger chopped - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Ajinamoto - 1/4 th tsp optional
- Cooked rice - 1.5 cups
- Salt
- Refined oil

Instructions
- Heat a wok with some oil. Add the chopped garlic, ginger and chillies.
- Once they start smelling, add the chopped vegetables except the mushrooms.
- Add required amount of salt and cook till the vegetables are almost done. Finally add the mushrooms and Ajinamoto.
- Cook till the mushrooms are done and almost dry. Then add the cooked rice and stir.
- Add the pepper powder and give it a mix. Check for salt and serve.
