Ingredients
 

  • 1 packet Button Mushroom khumb
  • 4 Banana number boiled raw kaccha kela
  • 2 tbsp Chana roasted bhuna
  • 2 tbsp Pistachio salted
  • 1 tsp Green Chillies or mirch finely chopped hari mirch
  • 1 tbsp Coriander or dhaniya fine chopped dhaniya patti
  • 1 tbsp Ginger or adrak fine chopped adrak
  • 2 tbsp Onion or pyaz finely chopped pyaz
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder or mirch kali mirch powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice neebu ka ras
  • 1 tbsp Butter makkhan
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp Beetroot or sugar, or chini for pickled sugar chini
  • 1 Beetroot
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar sirka
  • 1/4 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder or jeera bhuna jeera powder
  • 2 tbsp Dip for veg mayo
  • 2 tbsp Hung Curd or dahi chakka dahi
  • 1/4 tsp Salt or salt salt
  • leaves Green Chillies or coriander fine copped and coriander

Instructions
 

  • Wash and remove the skin of mushroom and grate them. grate the boiled banana. grind the chana and pistachio into a fine powder, keep aside. Heat the butter in a pan add cumin seeds as the splutter add green chili, ginger and onion saute till pinkish
  • Now add grated mushroom and banana stir and mix. Add garam masala powder, Cheyenne powder, salt, lemon juice and mix it well.
  • Now add chana and pistachio powder, cook the mixture for couple of minute, switch off the gas. Add coriander leaves, when the mixture cool completely make kababs and shallow fry them both side until golden.
  • For pickled beetroot :-Peel,wash and cut into thin slices the beetroot.
  • Boil 1 glass water add beetroot cook for 5 minutes. Now add salt, cumin powder sugar and vinegar, switch off the gas.
  • For dip :- Mix mayonnaise, curd, salt,green chili and coriander in a bowl, transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Serve hot the kebabs with pickled beetroot and dip.
