Ingredients & Quantity
  • 2 cup Puffed rice
  • 2 Tbsp peanuts
  • 2 Tbsp Makhane
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp
  • Dry mango powder 2 tsp
  • a pinch of heeng /asafoetida
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 10 to 12
  • 4 Green chili
  • 2 tbsp sliced coconut
  • oil 4 tbsp for frying
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
How to cook?
  1. Heat 1/1/2 tbsp ghee in a non stick pan fry the peanut first,then fry the makhana
  2. Now roast the puffed rice and coconut.
  3. Now add remaining ghee and saute the curry leaves,green chili add turmeric and fried ingredients mix well,add black pepper,black salt,and plane salt.switch the flame .
  4. Cool and keep in a air tight container .
