Ingredients
- 2 cup Puffed rice
- 2 Tbsp peanuts
- 2 Tbsp Makhane
- Salt 1 tsp or to taste
- Black salt 1/2 tsp
- Dry mango powder 2 tsp
- a pinch of heeng /asafoetida
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 10 to 12
- 4 Green chili
- 2 tbsp sliced coconut
- oil 4 tbsp for frying
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder

Instructions
- Heat 1/1/2 tbsp ghee in a non stick pan fry the peanut first,then fry the makhana
- Now roast the puffed rice and coconut.
- Now add remaining ghee and saute the curry leaves,green chili add turmeric and fried ingredients mix well,add black pepper,black salt,and plane salt.switch the flame .
- Cool and keep in a air tight container .
