Murg Malai Kabab or Chicken Reshmi Kabab both are similar. It is mostly made in charcoal fire,but do not worry if you di not have barbeque grill,now you can make in at home in the oven.
This kebab is delicious,juicy and melt in your mouth as here the tender chicken pieces are marinated in yogurt,cream or malai,cheese and some mild spices.It will be showstopper of your party,kids will also love it for it's mild flavour .

- Boneless Chicken- 1/2 kg (cut into small pieces
- Ingredients For First Marination
- Salt
- White Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice-1tablespoon
- Ingredients For 2nd Marination:
- Ginger Garlic paste –2 tablespoons
- Green chilli paste – of 3medium sized green chilies
- Fresh Cream – 1/4cup
- Cheese – 1/2 cup grated
- Curd / Yogurt – 1/4cup take curb in a colander or channi ,place the coriander on a bowl,and keep in the fridge,all water of cure will come out
- Cornflour / Cornstarch – 2 tbsp it helps for binding the chicken pieces with all spices

- oil-1+2 teaspoons preferably mustard oil
- Ingredients For Garnishing
- Chopped cofiander-1/2 cup.
- Lemon juice-1teaspoon
- Chaat masala-1/2teaspoon

Instructions
- In a bowl mix together chicken with salt ,white pepper and lemon juice, set this aside for 10 min.
- Take cheese in a bowl and mash it properly with hands.Add all the ingredients of second marination with 1 teaspoon oil into it,mix properly.
- Add chicken into this batter. Mix well and leave this to marinate min 6 max,if you can try to marinate it for 12 hours . Remove the chicken a hour before making from fridge so it comes to room temperature.
- Soak the skewers into water for 20 minutes,it will not get burned at the time of grilling .Place a aluminium foil on grill wrack .
- Place all chicken into the skewers and keep them on the foil lined grill wrack .
- Preheat the oven to grill mode 250 degree c.
- Grill this for 10 mins. Now remove it and flip over, grill again for 8 to 10 mins.Do this process on the middle wrack.Brush with 2 teaspoons melted butter in-between.
- Now place the grill tray on top rack then grill each side for 5 minutes
- Now brush it with some butter and serve hot with a sprinkling of chat masala,lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
