Ingredients
- 500 gm Boneless Chicken
- Pepper Powder 2 tsp
- 1/2 leaves Corriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup corriander
- 10 leaves Pudina
- 1 / Capsicum chopped - th cup
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 / Spring Onions chopped - th cup
- 2 tbsp Cheese grated
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 lime Lime Juice - 1 Tbsp juice
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Desi Ghee or oil oil

Instructions
- Make a paste of the all the green ingredients, with some lime juice.
- Marinate the chicken with the above paste, salt, pepper , ginger garlic paste and cornflour. Then add the grated cheese as well.. let it sit for at least 2-3 hrs.
- Now insert skewers through the marinated chicken pieces, brush them with little ghee/oil and bake or roast them in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, at 200℃. Serve them with pudina chutney.
