  • 500 gm Boneless Chicken
  • Pepper Powder 2 tsp
  • 1/2 leaves Corriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup corriander
  • 10 leaves Pudina
  • 1 / Capsicum chopped - th cup
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 / Spring Onions chopped - th cup
  • 2 tbsp Cheese grated
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 lime Lime Juice - 1 Tbsp juice
  • 3 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Desi Ghee or oil oil


  • Make a paste of the all the green ingredients, with some lime juice.
  • Marinate the chicken with the above paste, salt, pepper , ginger garlic paste and cornflour. Then add the grated cheese as well.. let it sit for at least 2-3 hrs.
  • Now insert skewers through the marinated chicken pieces, brush them with little ghee/oil and bake or roast them in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, at 200℃. Serve them with pudina chutney.
