Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup multigrain flour
  • 1/2 cup soya flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 apple
  • 8-10 almonds
  • 8-10 apricots
  • 2 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup suger
  • 1 cup soya oil
  • 1 lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • mix all three flour and baking powder toghter..grate carrot and apple..cut almonds and apricots ..finely chopped.beat suger eggs and oil.pour lemon drops in this batter..mix half of the flour mixture in eggs..and fold it..
  • add ..1 tablespoon flour mixture in grated apple and carrots.and finely choppedl dry fruits.mix all he ingredients very well..pour it in a baking mold...bake it in preheted microwave ifor 25 minuts in 190% and another 10 minuts at 170%..
