Ingredients for Mughlai Paratha

  • 100gms refine flour
  • 4 piece egg
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 cup curd
  • Salt to adjust
  • 250 gms mutton minced
  • 1/2 cup onion paste
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder

How to cook Mughlai Paratha

  1. Take a mixing bowl add flour baking soda curd and salt. Knead a smooth dough and keep aside for half an hour.
  2. Now add oil in a heated frying pan add onion paste ginger garlic paste fry till brown. Then add mutton minced stir fry. Cover with a lid. After 10 minutes add salt red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. It should not wet. Cook it dry.
  3. Now spread dough like a chapati. Egg should be blend. Give a egg brush and fill in centre with keema. Fold four sides. Again egg brush both sides.
  4. Now shallow fry in a heated frying pan add oil to fry. Again egg brush and fry till brown.
  5. Serve with fresh onion and green chutney.
