Ingredients
- Spinach / palak puree - 1 bowl
- Chopped onion - 1
- Chopped ginger - 1/2 bowl
- Chopped garlic - 1/2 bowl
- Corn - 1/2 bowl
- Chopped green chilly - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Mint powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt
- Cream - 1 tbsp
- Clarified butter / ghee - 2 tbsp
- Whole black pepper - 2
- cloves - 2
- Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato puree - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Heat clarified butter in a pan.
- Add whole garam masala to crackle.
- Add onion and fry till brown.
- Add ginger garlic and saute for 2 - 3 mins.'
- Add tomato puree and mix well.
- Add spinach / palak puree and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
- Add green chilly,red chilly powder ,mint leaves and corn and mix well.
- Serve hot with chapaties
