Ingredients
  

  • Spinach / palak puree - 1 bowl
  • Chopped onion - 1
  • Chopped ginger - 1/2 bowl
  • Chopped garlic - 1/2 bowl
  • Corn - 1/2 bowl
  • Chopped green chilly - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Mint powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Cream - 1 tbsp
  • Clarified butter / ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Whole black pepper - 2
  • cloves - 2
  • Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato puree - 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat clarified butter in a pan.
  • Add whole garam masala to crackle.
  • Add onion and fry till brown.
  • Add ginger garlic and saute for 2 - 3 mins.'
  • Add tomato puree and mix well.
  • Add spinach / palak puree and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
  • Add green chilly,red chilly powder ,mint leaves and corn and mix well.
  • Serve hot with chapaties
