Easy and healthy diet. This recipe made with the help of boiling rice. Rice aroma goes to moong dal. If rice will Basmati so it will be nice flavour. My mother in law used to cook this recipe. I never seen her but my husband taught me. It has a nostalgic touch.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gms roasted soaked moong dal
  • 2 teaspoon raw mustered oil
  • 2 chopped fresh green chilli
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak the roasted dal for 3-4 hours so it will cook easily. Take a piece of cloth tight with roasted soaked moong dal.

  • When you cook rice just dip th potli into the boiling rice.

  • When rice will become cooked take out the potli.
  • Mash the cooked dal with green chilli, fresh coriander, salt and mustard oil. Serve with hot steam rice.
