About this Recipe

Easy and healthy diet. This recipe made with the help of boiling rice. Rice aroma goes to moong dal. If rice will Basmati so it will be nice flavour. My mother in law used to cook this recipe. I never seen her but my husband taught me. It has a nostalgic touch.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 100 gms roasted soaked moong dal
  • 2 tsp raw mustered oil
  • 2 chopped fresh green chilli
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • Salt to taste

How to cook?
  1. Take a piece of cloth tight with roasted soaked moong dal.
  2. Moong Potli (bangladeshi)
  3. When you cook rice just dip into the boiling rice.
  4. Moong Potli (bangladeshi)
  5. When rice will become cooked take out the potli.
  6. Mash the cooked dal with green chilli, fresh coriander, salt and mustered oil. Serve with hot steam rice.
