Moong dal is soft than other dal. Gives more taste with bottle gourd.

Ingredients
- 1 cup dal
- 250 gms bottle gourd
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 2 whole red chilli
- 2 green chilli
- 2 teaspoon mustered oil
- 2 teaspoon ghee
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- Salt

Instructions
- Wash moong dal and heat a pan. Add oil and fry dal with pinch of turmeric powder. After shallow fry dal will become light brown.
- Bottle gourd cut into cubical pieces. Now take a pressure cooker add dal, bottle gourd, turmeric powder and salt.
- Cook with 2 whistle. Now add 2 tsp oil add whole red chilli fry and keep aside.
- Add bay leaves ginger paste, tomato paste, sliced green chilli. Stir fry add dal. Cook for a few minutes.
- Take another small pan heat add ghee and cumin seeds. Pour into dal and cover the lid.
- Now Sal is ready to serve
