Moong Dal Ki Khichdi
Ingredients
- 1/1/2 cup Rice
- 1/1/2 bowl Moong Dal with skin
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 Onion sliced
- 4 Whole red chilli
- 1 tsp Heeng
- Desi Ghee clarified butter2 tbsp
- Green Chillies or garnishing for garnishing

Instructions
- Wash and soak Dal and rice for 1/2 an hour.
- Cook the khichdi with 4 glass water and salt after a boil keep out the excess dirt , now cook the khichdi at least at least 15 minutes on sim flame
- Heat the ghee in a pan and pop the cumin and chili then fry the onion till golden.
- Serve hot khichdi garnish with fried onion,red chili and sliced green chili
