Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Soaked Moong Dal
  • 1 green chili
  • handful coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • pinch of asafoetida

Instructions
 

  • Soak moong dal in water overnight or for 3-4 hours. add the dal to the grinder. Add coriander leaves, green chilies, and asafoetida to the moong dal and grind to make a smooth paste. Add salt and fry spoonful of batter in hot oil. serve hot
