Moong Anaar Chaat
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Moong Dal
- 1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds
- 1 Onion
- Carrot grated-1
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- a leaves Coriander
- a leaves Mint
- 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder

Instructions
- Soak moong dal in water for 20 minutes.
- Deseed pomegranate seeds.Chop onion and cucumber and grate carrot.
- Add salt,chaat masala and red chilli powder.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander and mint leaves.
- Serve chilled.
Recipe Notes
- You can add green chutney and sev as garnishing.
- You can squeeze lime juice.
- You can add chopped tomatoes.

Thanks Nithya now a days I make lot of salads and this one is now going in my list. I generally make from sprouts but never used moong dal. Please give some more salad recipes.
