Mocha Banana Cake

This recipe is in brand collaboration with Place of Origin and Plattershare for the Belly Nirvana Campaign. This is the second recipe being posted. I have used the mocha chocolate powder that I had received. Mocha Banana Cake is healthy, sugarless, soft and tasty. It is guilt free eating.

Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour measurement 1 cup = 200 grams
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 teaspoon mocha chocolate powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 6 almond sliced into pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon ghee for greasing
- 1/2 teaspoon flour for greasing
- 2 ripe bananas

Instructions
- Sieve flour, soda and chocolate powder together.
- Mash the bananas, add milk, honey and oil to it. Beat it well and mix.
- Mix the flour slowly into it. Gently fold the cake mixture from all sides.
- Add the almond pieces to it.
- Grease the baking tray and sprinkle a little flour over it.
- Preheat the microwave for 2 minutes.
- Put the batter in the greased plate and microwave for seven to eight minutes, until it is done perfectly. The toothpick should come out clean.
- Allow to cool on the rack. Later, cut it and serve.
Notes
- Microwave time differs for each mode.
- You can bake it in the oven also.
