This time we are going to learn about the combination of Fruits and Vegetables.1. Apple 2. Oranges 3. Beetroot 4. Gooseberry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Apple
  • 4 to 5 piece Beetroot
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 Gooseberry Small

Instructions
 

  • Chop the apples into small pieces
  • Peel the oranges
  • Chop the gooseberry into small pieces (Separate the seed)
  • Chop the beetroot into pieces (Take 4 to 5 pieces required for the juice)
  • Add the above fruits and vegetables into juicer or mixer jar
  • Blend it for about 5 minutes
  • Serve it in a glass and have a energetic day.
