Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Lentils soaked overnight mix split â
  • 2 tbsp Rice soaked overnight dosa â
  • 1/4 cup Coriander or paste green paste â finely chopped â
  • 2 cloves Garlic â
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder â
  • 1 cup Soaking or water water â for â¾ adjust consistency
  • 2 tbsp Oil â
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • In a blender blend coriander leaves, garlic cloves into fine paste.
  • Soak Rice and Mix split lentils in water overnight.

  • Next day blend the same in blender till smooth batter.

  • Add salt, prepared green paste, coriander powder. Add water as required, adjust the consistency of the batter to ensure it is not very thick not very thin.

  • In a nonstick pan drizzle oil. Spread all over with rubber spatula. Pour a ladle full batter. Spread it slightly into a circular motion into a round shape.
  • Cover it with a plate for 10-12 seconds. Remove plate and flip it when the edges begin to rise from the pan. Cook it from other side too.

  • Serve hot with coconut chutney.
