Mix Split Lentils â€“ 1cup (soaked overnight)
Dosa Rice â€“ 2 tbsp. (soaked overnight)
Green Paste â€“ Finely chopped coriander â€“ Â¼ cup
Garlic Cloves â€“ 2
Coriander Powder â€“ Â½ tsp
Water â€“ 1 Â½ cup for soaking + Â¾ -1 cup to adjust consistency
Oil â€“ 2 tbsp.
Salt to taste.
In a blender blend coriander leaves, garlic cloves into fine paste.
Soak Rice and Mix split lentils in water overnight.
Next day blend the same in blender till smooth batter.
Add salt, prepared green paste, coriander powder. Add water as required, adjust the consistency of the batter to ensure it is not very thick not very thin.
In a nonstick pan drizzle oil. Spread all over with rubber spatula. Pour a ladle full batter. Spread it slightly into a circular motion into a round shape.
Cover it with a plate for 10-12 seconds. Remove plate and flip it when the edges begin to rise from the pan. Cook it from other side too.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
