Mirchi Vada With Brown Rice Stuffing
Ingredients
- 10 no Chili green big size
- 1 large Brown Rice
- 1 large Potato size boiled
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 clove Clove
- 1 tsp Red Chillies
- 1 tbsp Coriander chopped
- 4 gm Flour
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder dry
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Wash the rice and soak for 2 hour ,boil with 1 pinch salt,clove and bay leaf till it done.
- Vertically slit the chili and remove the seeds,but not the stems .set aside.
- Mix the mashed potato,boiled rice,and dry spices .
- For the vada batter mix gram flour,salt,and lemon juice .and make smooth and thick batter .
- Heat the oil in a pan ,turn the medium heat/
- Stuff the chili with mixture.dip the filled chili in the batter one at a time,making sure each is covered with batter all around ,drop slowly into the frying pan.
- Fry the vada until all sides are golden brown,Take them out and place them on a paper towel.
- Vadas are best served hot. Serve them with green or red chutney ......
