  • Green big size chili 10 no.
  • 1 Large cup brown rice
  • 1 Large size boiled potato
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 clove
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Dry mango powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying ..
How to cook?
  1. Wash the rice and soak for 2 hour ,boil with 1 pinch salt,clove and bay leaf till it done.
  2. Mirchi Vada With Brown Rice Stuffing
  3. Vertically slit the chili and remove the seeds,but not the stems .set aside.
  4. Mix the mashed potato,boiled rice,and dry spices .
  5. For the vada batter mix gram flour,salt,and lemon juice .and make smooth and thick batter .
  6. Heat the oil in a pan ,turn the medium heat/
  7. Stuff the chili with mixture.dip the filled chili in the batter one at a time,making sure each is covered with batter all around ,drop slowly into the frying pan.
  8. Fry the vada until all sides are golden brown,Take them out and place them on a paper towel.
  9. Vadas are best served hot. Serve them with green or red chutney ......
