Discard the seeds and chopped the chilli , combine all the ingredients without oil and jalapeno , make small balls. Heat the oil in a pan and place the mirchi balls , cook on all sides keeping the flame on medium . Finally serve the chilli Rolls ,
Place the biscuits and smear the meyonese on the top of the biscuits , then arrange the jalapeno slices then chilli rolls on top ,decorate with capsicum slices . Serve with tomato sauce.
