Ingredients
- Green Chilli 6 pieces chopped
- Salt
- Potato 2 numbers boiled & mash
- Paneer 1/2 cup
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Fennel seeds powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
- Dry mango powder 1 teaspoon
- Salted biscute for serving
- Jalapeno 6 nos
- Meyonees 2 tablespoon
- Capsicum slices for decoration
- Oil 2 tablespoons

Instructions
- Discard the seeds and chopped the chilli , combine all the ingredients without oil and jalapeno , make small balls. Heat the oil in a pan and place the mirchi balls , cook on all sides keeping the flame on medium . Finally serve the chilli Rolls ,
- Place the biscuits and smear the meyonese on the top of the biscuits , then arrange the jalapeno slices then chilli rolls on top ,decorate with capsicum slices . Serve with tomato sauce.
