Ingredients
- 6 piece Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 Potato (numbers boiled mash)
- 1/2 cup Paneer
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (dry)
- Serving (salted biscute for)
- 6 Jalapeno (nos)
- 2 tbsp Meyonees 2 Tablespoon (meyonees)
- slices Decoration (or capsicum capsicum for)
- 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Discard the seeds and chopped the chilli , combine all the ingredients without oil and jalapeno , make small balls. Heat the oil in a pan and place the mirchi balls , cook on all sides keeping the flame on medium . Finally serve the chilli Rolls ,
- Place the biscuits and smear the meyonese on the top of the biscuits , then arrange the jalapeno slices then chilli rolls on top ,decorate with capsicum slices . Serve with tomato sauce.
