When you eat pickle with any meal then it increases the sensitivity of our taste buds and many of us like spicy Green Chilly Pickle. This green chilly pickle goes very well with simple and delicious Indian meals like rice-dal, paranthas, chapatti and so on. Try making this fiery combination of green chilies and spices as a side accompaniment, with this easy recipe.
250gm long less spicy green chilies
Salt to taste
5 tablespoons coriander seeds
2 tablespoons cumin seeds
2 tablespoons fennel seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1 whole lemon juice
1/3 cup Oil
Roast all the seeds in pan on high flame for 2min Grind it into fine powder.
Cut each chilies into 4 pieces.
Heat oil inn kadhai and add the prepared achari powder in heated oil let them fry on low flame for minute. Now add chilies in pan and saute for 2minutes on low flame.
Cover the lid n cook for 10minutes on low flame till it done. Add lemon juice and mix gently.
Serve this mirch ka achar with you meal.
Add lemon juice according to taste
