Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Coriander or mint mixed and chopped and mint
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Millet Flour bajri flour
  • 1 tbsp White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder dry mango powder aamchoor powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Flour or oil oil mix in
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything in bowl and make a stiff dough.Make 9-10 small rounds and keep it aside. Now heat the pan . Make a circle and roast it on pan.
  • Roast on both side and when its done, put less then tsp. oil and cook on both side until its little reddish in color.
  • finish with all parathas and serve hot with tea or at the brunch with pickle or yogurt or have it as it is or with your gravy dish for diner. You can take it in your lunchbox also.
