Millet pasta.This recipe is a category of fast food. But here it is low fat low calories. Normally pasta made by refine flour. I made this at home with whole wheat flour and different types of Millet flour. Which can be packed in tiffin box or can served as a snacks or breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1 cup veggies chopped
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp jowar flour
- 1 tbsp bajra flour
- 1 tbsp ragi flour
- 1 tbsp sattu flour
- 1 tbsp makka flour
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp fruits vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- Tomato sauce
- Chilli sauce
- Mixed herbs
- Chilli flakes smoked

Instructions
- Make a dough with different types of millet and wheat flour. Spread with rolling pin then cut like ribbon.
- Boil water in a pan with little salt. Now add the ribbon into boiling water after cooking strain the water and spread the pasta.
- Heat a pan put olive oil add chopped garlic and chopped vegetables. Sauté the veggies add little salt and chilli powder. Mix all together then add boiled pasta and fruits vinegar. Again mix together.
- Switch off the flame then add tomato sauce and chilli sauce again mix. Sprinkle with mixed herbs and smoked chilli flakes. Now it is ready to serve.
