  • Milk – 1 Ltr
  • Fresh Crumbed Paneer Chaina - Homemade – 2/3 Cup
  • Sugar – 1/2 Cup You can add/less as per your taste
  • Green Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
  • Pistachios – 1 tbsp sliced


  • Take a heavy bottom pan and add milk. Keep stirring on low heat. Stir it till the quantity reduced to its half.
  • Now add crumbled paneer into it. Stir it well till it start thickening like mawa (khoya).
  • Add sugar, green cardamom powder and stir well. Continue to cook till the mixture begins to leave the sides of the pan.
  • Transfer it into the greased plate. Garnish with sliced pistachios.
  • Set aside for 3-4 hours and cut it into the desired shapes.
