About Milk Cake

Milk Cake, also known as Kalakand, is a traditional Indian sweet made with just a few ingredients like milk, sugar, and cardamom. This rich, soft, and slightly grainy dessert is prepared by reducing milk to a thick consistency, sweetened with sugar, and flavored with cardamom.
Once cooked, it's set and cut into squares or slices, making it a perfect treat for festivals and special occasions.
