Microwave Omelette To Go

4.30 from 4 votes

Egg is the most preferred option as breakfast as it slow to digest thus prolonging the hunger pangs. In addition, its high in protein so its great for most people. This is an easiest egg recipe to make, a grab and go omelette for those in a rush but still looking for substantial protein energy based breakfast. Have it rolled in a tortilla/multigrain wrap or simply roll up and eat it.
