Ingredients & Quantity
  • 2 Cup Basmati or any type of rice
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Deshi ghee 1 tbsp
  • 2 Chopped green chili
  • 1 Sliced onion
  • Black paper powder 1 tsp
  • 4 Whole black pepper
  • 4 Cup butter milk/chach
  • Basmati or any type of rice 2 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Deshi ghee 1 tbsp
  • 2 Chopped green chili
  • 1 Sliced onion
  • Black paper powder 1 tsp
  • 4 Whole black paper
  • 4 Cup butter milk/chach
How to cook?
  1. Wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes ,soak the fenugreek seeds for 10 minutes .. Heat the oil add fenugreek seeds ,as they pop saute the green chili and onion,now add soaked rice,black pepper,black pepper powder ,salt and butter milk ,when it starts boiling low down the flame of the gas and cover it. cook the rice till the butter milk is completely absorbed.serve hot with tomato salsa ..
