Methi is traditional cure for diebites and loss of appetite.generlly this dish is prepared with cream or malai.here I used paneer and milk. I used very easy method.
Yield / Serves
Green peas boiled-1/2 cup
Milk-1cup or as needed
Tomato-1big or 2 small
Salt to taste
Butter or oil-2tbls
Wash methi and cut finely Roughly Cut onion tomato and garlic
Heat oil or butter add onion, and garlic fry till transparent ,.add tomato and cashewnut nut and fry for 2minutes .
Remove and grind all the frying ingredients with paneer.and green chilliest.
Heat oil or butter add zeera when cracked add methi leaves into it sautÃ© for 4-5 minutes.
Add grinding masala to methi leaves. Mix well.Add milk mattar and salt
Cover it and cook for 5miutes. Add Garam masala and remove Serve with nan or tandoori Roti Use cream at the time of serving(optional
