About Methi Kheema
An amazingly delish and a purely delectable side dish in my way. Absolutely a bliss. It goes well with parathas, pooris, pulaos and even simple boiled rice with a dash of pure desi ghee. Comfort food of all times- this is what i call it, because of it's lipsmacking taste. Try this awesome sabzi for any meal of the day. You will want more of it. Happy Cooking !!!!!!!!!!

Recipe Time & More
Ingredients
- 500 gm Mutton (mince)
- 1 leaves Fenugreek (fresh big)
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 3 Onions (sliced thinly)
- 1/4th leaves Coriander (for garnishing chopped)

Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Add ginger garlic paste followed by the onions. Saute them until translucent on a low to medium high heat.
- Now add rest of the spices along with the finely chopped tomato. Use a ripe one for better results. Saute until oil starts floating on top.
- Now add the mutton mince. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.After 15 minutes, add chopped fresh fenugreek leaves.
- Adjust salt and simmer for 10 more minutes. Do not add any water. It should get cooked in it's own juices.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and dish out your fabulous sabzi.
