Ingredients
- Methi leaves-small bunch
- Maizeflour-1cup
- Green chilli-2finely chopped
- Thyam ajwain-1/2tsp
- Salt
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Wash methi leaves and finely chopped
- Mix all the ingredients except oil.
- Add water and rub the flour with palms.do it so the dough becomes soft
- Make a ball and place it on a plastic sheet. Spread it with fingers by tapping it and replace it directly on the flat pan.
- Heat griddle and roast pratha,with oil on a slow flame from both sides.
- Enjoy this Punjabi pratha with curd or fresh white butter or fresh milk cream.
