It was more than 30 to 32 years ago my friend came to my house with family. After a long period suddenly found me through social networks. My friend requested me to share the tikki recipe
on YouTube which I made since 32 years ago. Now I am sharing the same recipe with you.

Ingredients
- 250 gm mashed potato boiled
- 1 cup White boiled pea
- 1/2 cup Soya Chunks soaked
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed
- Green Chillies chopped
- leaves Coriander chopped fresh
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 cup Curd
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chutney or mango mango
- Oil for shallow fry
- Chaat Masala sprinkle with
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Take a wok add oil then cumin seeds. Seeds start splutter then add boiled white pea soaked soya chunks and salt.
- Stir continuously until dry. Then add chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies and lemon juice.
- Now make the tikki. Take handful mashed potato and fill with cooked white pea dough.
- Take a griddle then shallow fry the tikkis with little oil. Turn both sides crispy.
- I served in two ways one is plain sprinkle with chat masala another one with adding curd sweet chutney and sprinkle with chat masala.
Recipe Notes
Both are different tastes.
Those who don’t want to add curd they can have the plain sprinkle with chat masala.
Those who are interested with curd, sweet chutney and chat masala they can have.
