Who doesn't love South Indian breakfast dishes like the Idli, Dosas, Uttapams, Medu Wadas ?

Ingredients
- 1 cup urad Dal
- Salt
- ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon roasted whole jeera

Instructions
- Soak the dal for 3-4 hours. Strain and grind using minimum water. Add salt, Jeera, red chilli powder. Give shape like medu wada and deep fry.
Notes
I can never get the shape of the wadas properly.
Hence I use a piping bag to shape them….!!!
