Matcha And Sitafal Cheesecake

Cheesecake is basically a layer cake made one layer using cream cheese and heavy cream and other layer with digestive biscuits crumb. In tradition cheesecake they use cream cheese with eggs and bake it. But I made this easy and simple no bake no eggs cheesecake. Main twist in this recipe is I made my own fusion combo. I used matcha (Japanese green tea) which has it's own many healthy benefits. And other layer I used sitafal (custard apple) to give an indian taste it it. This unique combo impressed my guests very much and I am sure you will also enjoy it.

  • 1 8 oz. Regular cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp organic matcha powder
  • 10-12 Graham cookies digestive cookies
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sitafal puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp agar agar powder
  • White chocolate chips for decorations


  • First take a cream cheese at room temperature.
  • Now mix cream cheese with condensed milk and whip it.
  • In another bowl take a whip cream and whip it at its soft pick.
  • Mix cheese cream mixer and whip cream together and mix it gently.
  • Dissolve 1 tbsp agar agar powder in 1 tbsp water.
  • Add agar agar mixer in cream cheese fillings and mix it well.
  • Take Graham cookies and crush it in food processor.
  • Add melted butter and mix it well.
  • Layer the cookie crumb at the bottom of greased tray and refrigerate for half an hour.
  • Now divide creamed cheese mixer in 2 parts.
  • Add matcha powder in one part and mix it well.
  • Add sitafal puree in other part and mix it well.
  • Now layer both mixer one by one over the cookie layer.
  • Set it in the refrigerator for around 1 hour.
  • Sprinkle some.match powder on top.
  • Garnish with white chocolate chips or any of your choice and serve it.
