Instructions
- Boil the potatoes with the skin on. Thinly slice the onions. Peel off the skin and mash the potatoes. Add salt and green chillies to the mash.
- Heat oil in a pan. Tear up a dried chilli and add in the oil and then wait a few seconds. Add in the onions and fry them. After the onions turn golden brown add in the mashed potatos and fry them.
