Ingredients
- 2 Maize
- 2 onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 teaspoon channa masala
- 1/4 bunch coriander chopped
- 1 chili chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon mango powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Peel out the seeds from maize. Boil in a pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles.
- Take a frying pan add oil for saute. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and stir till brown.
- Add boiled corn, salt and saute. Add channa masala, chilli powder and mango powder.
- Stir continuously and mix well. Then add chopped green chill and chopped coriander.
- Now ready to serve masaledar maize.
